Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

Payment Terms:

  • Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required for all orders.
  • Gold Rate Booking: To book the gold rate at the time of order, an 80% advance payment is mandatory.
  • Final Payment: The remaining payment must be made at the time of delivery.

Order Modifications:

  • Design Changes: Any changes to the design of a casting order after it has been placed may incur additional charges.
  • Design Availability: We may need to substitute certain designs based on availability.
  • Weight Variations: There may be a slight variation in weight (+/- 2-5 grams) depending on the order.
  • Order Cancellation: No changes can be made to an order after 3 days of placement.
  • Order Cancellation Fees: If an order is canceled, the customer will be responsible for the following charges:
    • Karigar charges
    • Price difference of gold (approximately 20% of the order value)

Delivery & Storage:

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically take 10-15 days to be delivered.
  • Hallmarking: Hallmarking charges will be applicable as per the government regulations.
  • Order Pickup: Orders must be picked up within 1 month of completion. After this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
